Gregory Jimeno
Gregory P. Jimeno, a native of Anne Arundel County, served as an Assistant States Attorney for Anne Arundel County where he prosecuted criminal cases on behalf of the State of Maryland. Since entering private practice, Mr. Jimeno has concentrated in representing individuals in the areas of criminal defense, DWI / DUI defense and personal injury. Mr. Jimeno has appeared in court and administrative hearings across the state to litigate matters for clients in all areas of the law.
As a prosecutor, Mr. Jimeno attended the Anne Arundel County Police Academy Field Sobriety class and was certified by the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration to perform field sobriety tests.
Mr. Jimeno received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. For exceptional academic achievement, Mr. Jimeno earned a place in the Heuisler Honor Society. While in law school, Mr. Jimeno served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Baltimore Law Forum and published an article entitled Ferro v. Lewis: The Maryland Motorcycle Helmet Statute is Enforceable Despite a Lack of Publication of a List of Approved Helmets, 28 U.Balt.L.F. 23 (1998). Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Jimeno served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Clayton Greene, Jr., now of the Court of Appeals, in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County.
Mr. Jimeno received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Jimeno is admitted to the Maryland State Bar Association as well as the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Jimeno is a Trustee of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce.’
