What happens at our first conference?
At your initial consultation you will meet with an Accredited Specialist Lawyer who will provide you with preliminary advice about your rights and obligations.
We provide you information to assist you make a decision on the best way forward. We do not charge for our first consultation and advice you of your future likey costs.
Do I have to go to court?
At the Norton Group we carefully consider the specific nature of your problem, review the options available to you and then in consultation with yourself determine the most appropriate path of action .
We regard the need to go to court as only one option .Where appropriate we first explore resolution by negotiation such as alternative dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration. As such many matters can often be resolved without going to court.’
