Family Counselling
Counselling or therapy gives an opportunity for you, either on your own or with your partner/ex-partner or others to talk about your thoughts and feelings in greater depth and to explore and help you prepare for any changes in your situation.
This could be about various aspects, for example whether or not to stay in a relationship, or how to improve it, or how to deal with a difficult or abusive partner.
Dealing with loss and change is stressful for everyone and it takes time to adjust… therapy can give much needed emotional support and skills to rebuild the future.
