Attorney Gregory P. Jimeno, a native of Anne Arundel County, served as an Assistant States Attorney for Anne Arundel County where he prosecuted criminal cases on behalf of the State of Maryland. Since entering private practice, Mr. Jimeno has concentrated in representing individuals in the areas of criminal defense, DWI / DUI defense and personal injury. Mr. Jimeno has appeared in court and administrative hearings across the state to litigate matters for clients in all areas of the law.
As a prosecutor, Mr. Jimeno attended the Anne Arundel County Police Academy Field Sobriety class and was certified by the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration to perform field sobriety tests.
Mr. Jimeno received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. For exceptional academic achievement, Mr. Jimeno earned a place in the Heuisler Honor Society. While in law school, Mr. Jimeno served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Baltimore Law Forum and published an article entitled Ferro v. Lewis: The Maryland Motorcycle Helmet Statute is Enforceable Despite a Lack of Publication of a List of Approved Helmets, 28 U.Balt.L.F. 23 (1998). Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Jimeno served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Clayton Greene, Jr., now of the Court of Appeals, in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County.
Mr. Jimeno received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Jimeno is admitted to the Maryland State Bar Association as well as the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Jimeno is a Trustee of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce.
Frank C. Gray, Jr., a native of Rockville, Maryland, received his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Delaware. A member of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, he was awarded the Award of Special Merit for outstanding academic achievement.
Mr. Gray received his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law. After law school, he became an Assistant States Attorney for Anne Arundel County, where he prosecuted criminal cases on a full time basis.
During his tenure in the States Attorneys Office, he was a guest instructor at the Anne Arundel Police Training Academy, where he instructed new police officers on DUI, DWI and drunk driving law as part of their police academy training. He is fully certified by the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration to conduct field sobriety tests (the same training police officers across the country get to learn how to conduct field sobriety tests), and served as Director of the States Attorneys Office Bad Check Unit.
Since leaving the States Attorneys Office, his practice is primarily focused in the defense of state and federal criminal trial litigation and appellate practice. He is admitted to practice and experienced both in federal and in state courts in Maryland. He has successfully argued cases across the state and Maryland appellate courts. Mr. Gray is an active member of the Anne Arundel County and Maryland State Bar Associations as well as both the Maryland State and the National Criminal Defense Attorneys Associations.

Christina Bayne, a native of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, received her undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland located in College Park in the year 2000. She was a member of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
Ms. Bayne received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in the year 2003. During law school, she served as an Affiliate Editor of Margins Law Journal and served as a summer judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Philip T. Caroom, in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. After law school, she began working with a law firm focusing mainly on family law cases. She has successfully negotiated and resolved several family law cases and has tried several contested family law cases across the state of Maryland, with her primary practice in Anne Arundel County. Ms. Bayne is an active member of the Anne Arundel County and Maryland State Bar Associations.
